About This Website

The Villager is a community calendar and digital media platform for Lake Village, Arkansas, built and maintained by Hive & Co. Creative. Our platform includes a community events calendar, local business advertising, sponsored content, and a merchandise shop. Use of the calendar and general site content is free and open to the public.

Event Submissions

By submitting an event, you confirm that:

• The information is accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge
• You have authority to promote the event
• The event is open to the public or a clearly defined community group
• Your submission does not contain false, misleading, defamatory, or harmful content
• You grant Hive & Co. Creative a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and promote your event on this site and associated social media channels

We reserve the right to decline, edit, or remove any event submission at our sole discretion without notice or explanation.

Advertising & Sponsorships

The Villager offers paid advertising and sponsorship opportunities to local businesses and organizations. By purchasing advertising space or sponsored content on this site, you agree to the following:

• All ad content must be truthful, legal, and compliant with applicable FTC guidelines
• Ad content must not be deceptive, discriminatory, or harmful
• Sponsored content will be clearly labeled as "Sponsored," "Advertisement," or "Paid Partnership" in compliance with FTC disclosure requirements
• Hive & Co. Creative reserves the right to reject any ad content that does not meet our standards
